How can I book a room?

When is the best time to contact you?

  • For reservations, inquiries and information you can call us Monday to Saturday 10 am to 22pm, and on Sundays 11am to 18pm.

 

What hours is the Check-In and Check-Out?

  • Check in hours are from 14:00 until 22:00 pm; We always try to have our rooms ready sooner in order to allow an early check-in whenever it’s possible, depending on our availability. For late arrivals (after 22:00) there might be an additional charge.
  • Check-Out is until 11:00 am. Please remember to leave your keys on the dining table at the check-out.

 

Can I leave my luggage somewhere if I arrive early or if my next trip is later than check-out?

  • Yes, there is a secure room to leave your luggage until your Check-In and after the Check-Out.

 

Could you arrange transport for me to and from your rooms?

  • Yes, we can request a taxi or arrange a private shuttle service upon request. Only bear in mind that you will need to provide us with your transport details, at least 48 hours in advance:

What can I find in my room?

  • All of our rooms have a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a LOC Natural Product gift bag with shower products for the body and hair, an electric kettle, a stovetop, a fridge and a full set of kitchen utensils. Depending on your room, there are  few extra facilities available, while we can provide a baby cot upon request, depending on our availability.

 

Some of your rooms in Mantouki have a washing machine. Do you also provide soap and detergent for its use?

  • As the washing machine is optional for you to use, the soap and detergent are not provided in the room. There is a convenience store a few meters from the room, where you can purchase the products of your choice.

 

Most of your rooms are above ground level. It there a lift at your properties?

  • Nove of our properties have a lift, access to the rooms is only possible by stairs.

 

Do you have a parking lot?

  • All of our rooms are located in pedestrian neighborhoods, hence there is no parking lot by the properties. Parking is possible at the streets around the neighborhoods, or in organized private parking lots in the city.

 

Is smoking allowed on your properties?

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas outside the building.

 

Can I bring my pet?

  • Pets are not allowed on our properties.
