Located on 4 Timoxenous Street in the heart of Corfu’s historical center, the Venetian Well House combines the Venetian Well Apartment and the Venetian Well Studio into one private accommodation.
With a total area of 65 m², two double beds, two private bathrooms, and two equipped kitchens, the property comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults.
The two independent residences make Venetian Well House an ideal choice for families, two couples, or groups of friends who want to stay close together while maintaining the privacy and independence of separate living spaces.
Blending traditional Corfiot architecture with modern comfort, the property offers an authentic “live like a local” experience within walking distance of Corfu Old Town’s major landmarks, cafés, restaurants, museums, shops, and city beaches.
Nestled beside the famous Venetian Well, Venetian Well House provides a comfortable and atmospheric base for discovering the historic center of Corfu.
The Neighborhood
Situated in the picturesque Campiello area, Venetian Well House is surrounded by narrow kantounia streets, traditional houses, hidden squares, and historical landmarks.
Within a few minutes’ walk, guests can visit Spianada Square, Liston, the Old Fortress, the Museum of Asian Art, and the Byzantine Museum of Antivouniotissa.

Booking Cancellation and Refunds
Booking Terms: All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable Rate): All payments are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be issued.
Early Departure: If guests depart earlier than scheduled, the total booking amount remains non-refundable.
Booking Confirmation & Check-in: All reservations are subject to identity verification. If not approved, the booking will be canceled with a full refund. The company reserves the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund. A valid ID or passport of the main guest is required at check-in.
