Booking Cancellation and Refunds
Booking Terms: All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable Rate): All payments are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be issued.
Early Departure: If guests depart earlier than scheduled, the total booking amount remains non-refundable.
Booking Confirmation & Check-in: All reservations are subject to identity verification. If not approved, the booking will be canceled with a full refund. The company reserves the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund. A valid ID or passport of the main guest is required at check-in.
