Booking Cancellation and Refunds
Booking Terms: We confirm all bookings only after full payment.
Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable Rate): All payments are non-refundable. Therefore, in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be issued.
Early Departure: If guests depart earlier than scheduled, the total booking amount remains non-refundable.
Booking Confirmation & Check-in: LOC Hospitality checks all reservations through identity verification. If verification fails, the company may cancel the booking and issue a full refund. Also, LOC Hospitality reserves the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund. Guests must present a valid ID or passport of the main guest at check-in.
