Located at 30 Mavili Lorentzou Street on the 4th floor, the Ionian Parliament Apartment offers 50 m² of elegant living space for up to 4 adults. Set in a Venetian-style building near the historic Ionian Parliament (Ιόνιος Βουλή – Ionion), this apartment blends the charm of 19th-century Corfu with the comfort of modern hospitality.
Ideal for couples, friends, or families, it provides direct access to the Old Town’s cultural landmarks, bistros, markets, and seaside walks — all within minutes on foot.
Historical Setting
The apartment’s name honors the nearby Ionian Parliament — a neoclassical monument built in 1855 by Ioannis Chronis. Within this building, Corfu’s representatives declared the union of the Ionian Islands with Greece on September 23, 1863. Today, it houses a museum dedicated to the struggles for the freedom of the Ionian Islands.
Guests staying here enjoy the privilege of living next to one of Corfu’s most symbolic and elegant landmarks — a true connection between heritage and modern life.

- Transfers & rentals: Airport transfers, island tours, and car, scooter, or bicycle rentals available upon request
Booking Cancellation and Refunds
Booking Terms: All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable Rate): All payments are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be issued.
Early Departure: If guests depart earlier than scheduled, the total booking amount remains non-refundable.
Booking Confirmation & Check-in: All reservations are subject to identity verification. If not approved, the booking will be canceled with a full refund. A valid ID or passport of the main guest is required at check-in.
