The Annunziata area is one of the liveliest parts of Corfu Town, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, bars, museums, and cultural landmarks. The Venetian-style alleys (kantounia) make every walk a cultural experience.
The Double Urban Suite
The suite features:
- Main area: Double bed, flat-screen TV with Netflix, modern closet, and a dressing table that doubles as a work desk.
- Kitchen area: Fully equipped with microwave, stove, kettle, coffee maker, and utensils to prepare meals. Baby cot available on request.
- Bathroom: Private bathroom with shower and WC, plus complimentary LOC Natural Products toiletries (3 travel-size items).
- Balcony: Small private balcony to enjoy the old town atmosphere.

- Cancellation policy: Non-refundable rate. Cancellations, modifications, no-shows, or early departures are not refundable.
- Booking approval: Reservations are subject to identity and background checks. If not approved, the booking is canceled with a full refund. The company may cancel a booking and provide a full refund.
- ID requirement: A valid ID or passport of the main guest is required at check-in.
