Located on 4 Timoxenous Street in the heart of Corfu’s historical center, the Venetian Well Studio is a charming 30 m² ground-floor residence that accommodates up to 2 adults. Blending traditional Corfiot architecture with modern comfort, it offers an authentic “live like a local” experience within walking distance of every major landmark.
Nestled beside the famous Venetian Well, this studio is perfect for couples or solo travelers who want to stay steps away from cafés, restaurants, museums, and beaches — all while enjoying quiet relaxation in the Old Town’s most atmospheric neighborhood.
The Neighborhood
Situated in the picturesque Campiello area, the Venetian Well Studio is surrounded by narrow kantounia streets, traditional houses, and historical landmarks. Within a few minutes’ walk, guests can visit the Spianada Square, Liston, Old Fortress, Museum of Asian Art, and Byzantine Museum of Antivouniotissa.
Nearby, enjoy local specialties such as traditional pies at Ntovoras, handmade yogurt at Alexis, breakfast at Gabao, and gourmet cuisine at Anthos. For a swim or sunset walk, the beaches of Faliraki, Mandraki, and Garitsa Bay are just a 10-minute stroll away. The Venetian Well Studio

Booking Cancellation and Refunds
Booking Terms: All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
Cancellation Policy (Non-Refundable Rate): All payments are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, no refund will be issued.
Early Departure: If guests depart earlier than scheduled, the total booking amount remains non-refundable.
Booking Confirmation & Check-in: All reservations are subject to identity verification. If not approved, the booking will be canceled with a full refund. The company reserves the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund. A valid ID or passport of the main guest is required at check-in.
