You can arrange an early check in or a late check out with our host at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Also, note we offer free lugagge storage, while you are waiting for a room to be readied prior to check in, or after you have checked out.
No smoking flats
For the comfort and safety of our guests we operate a “nonsmoking” policy throughout Annunziata property. Smoking is permitted only on the balconies of every flat, the patio on the ground floor and outdoors.
Non compliance with this rule will result in a charge of 50€ to the offending guest(s) account to cover professional cleaning or the room/area.
NOISE
Keep the noise down after 11 p.m. until morning and between 15.00-17.00.
